In Spain - on the Costa Blanca, just 12 kilometers from the main promenade of the town of Torrevieja, lies this super luxury property. The property has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds and sleeps 4 people. If necessary one more person can be accomodated by using an extra mattress directly on the floor. The property is totally air-conditioned and has underground heating cables all over except in the 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has an attached bath and both bathrooms have bathtubs. Distance to the nearest beach is just 2,5 kilometers and to the supermarket "Mercadona", banks, town hall, police and dentist is only 2 kilometers. The nearest restaurant, a bar and a school is only 300 meters. Just 1 kilometer from the property, there is a big commercial centre where you can enjoy your meal at many different restaurants. The property has a beautiful kitchen, a private pool with a big terrace. The garden is beautiful with its fountain, lightning, big lawn and many flowering plants. The property is situated on a plot of 1.400 m2 and is fenced with high walls and balustrades on the three sides. It has an alarm system which is directly connected to a security service. A big driveway accomodates at least 3 cars where you can park your vehicles safely. Every Saturday, there is an open market just 150 meters away from the property. Entrance to the house is through a big covered terrace. Here you can sit, read and enjoy the beautiful view to the garden and the pool. There are also uncovered terraces and a very big solarium. From solarium, you can enjoy the view over the Meditarean sea. The tower-room at the solarium and the first floor is still not finished from inside and therefore cann't be rented. The owner would like to keep the garage for his private use and therefore it is not rented (although you are allowed to use it for washing your clothes as the washing machine is placed here.

 

 

 

The golf course of Villa Martin is only 8 kilometers from the property. Two other golf courses are within 8 minutes, Campoamor (where ladies pay reduced green fees) and the challenging Las Ramblas course carved out of the hillside. Green fees are reasonable and the courses are kept in good condition.

For long-term rent of the property (for more than 3 months), the rent per month is Euro 880. The rent does not include electric consumption and water bills. The property can be reserved by paying 50% of house rent to the owner. Before the keys can be delivered, you must pay a security deposit of Euros 500 for short time rent (less than 5 weeks), Euros 1 000 for middle term rent (for 5 weeks but less than 2 months) and 2 months rent for long term rent (Euros 1.760). The deposit will be given back if the property and the contents are handed over to the owner without any damage.

 
 

Other Details

The property is located in a private area composed of just 11 big villas. This way the property is located in a very peaceful area but still very central. Most of the habitants in this area does not have small children, but only 150 meters from the property, there are many bungalows where you can always find families with small children (specially during summer season).

The nearest Spanish school is only 300 meters from the property. A branch of the town hall, police station and the bus station is only 2 kilometers away.

The area is located in a very quiet development with all facilities on site at different commercial centres. Only 12 kilometers from the property, the region hosts the largest market in Southern Spain (Carrefour) and there are several other market towns nearby. The ancient city of Murcia is well worth a visit. The property is only 50 kilometers from Alicante airport and 35 minutes from Murcia airport.
